Delivery
Please note that any costs incurred due to changes in your shipping address after your order has been received will be for your account.
Please allow for 1 (one) to 3 (three) days for major metropolitan centres and 2 (two) to 5 (five) days for outlying areas.
Delivery Address
We recommend having your Rebel Elite Fitness UAE goods delivered to an address where it is most likely to have someone available to check and sign for the delivery.
Please note, it is not always possible for a courier company to call you before delivering goods. Ensure the correct address is used when adding your shipping details.
Delivery Locations
We deliver throughout the United Arab Emirates. Standard delivery to anywhere in the UAE will always be available for all orders. Delivery to remote regions will incur a AED 50 fee for delivery, non serviceable areas will require you to contact REBEL Elite Fitness UAE to arrange special delivery which may add additional delivery fees. Please ensure that you check your delivery before signing for it.
Collection
Times for all collections are between 09:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Schedule and timing
Deliveries are only made on business days (Monday to Friday, not including public holidays). Goods will be left at the address specified if no-one is available at the time of delivery. If goods can’t be left at the address specified (at the driver’s discretion) they will be returned to the Rebel Elite Fitness UAE’s. Resending these goods to you will incur additional delivery charges.
Rates
The cost of delivery is automatically calculated and provided during Check Out and is based on your order size, weight of each product, and delivery address.
Notification
Before collecting any orders, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready. If you come to collect an order before receiving this email, we can’t guarantee your order will be ready and it will be your responsibility to arrange to collect it once ready.
Own courier
If you are organising your own courier to collect your order, please wait until you receive the email before arranging the pick-up. We will not be responsible for any charges you may incur if your courier arrives before your order is ready.
