The REBEL Technique Plates are made from strong polyethylene and maintain the same 450mm outside diameter as standard Olympic bumper plates but come in lighter weights—2.5kg (Red) and 5kg (White). These plates are ideal for beginners or recovering athletes to practice movements like cleans, snatches, or deadlifts from the correct height before progressing to heavier lifts with actual bumper plates.

REBEL Technique Plates are lightweight and easy to handle, with a raised lip for better grip during loading and unloading. Designed for indoor use on proper training platforms or rubber mats. The polyethylene construction ensures long-lasting durability, making these plates suitable for both home gyms and larger training facilities.

Please note, the durometer measures how hard a material is. These weight plates with a rating of 99 are very hard and can break if dropped on hard surfaces. To prevent damage, avoid dropping these plates and always use them on rubber mats or a proper platform.
